We are honored to announce that Accept International has received The 28th Earth Ethics Promotion Award and the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award.

The award ceremony took place on 29 March 2025, with 480 people in attendance.

Established in 1998 by the Institute of Ethics, the Earth Ethics Promotion Award recognizes organizations each year for their contributions to advancing earth ethics in fields including education, culture, healthcare, the environment, and community development.

Following a rigorous three-stage selection process by a committee involving external experts, Accept International received the award in the International Activities Category.

Speaking on behalf of the six-member selection committee, Chizuru Misago, Professor Emeritus at Tsuda University, commended the organization’s “commitment to standing by those affected by conflict, even at great personal risk.”

Accept International’s Executive Director, Yosuke Nagai, also addressed the audience, sharing the inspiration behind the organization’s founding. He emphasized the organization’s core belief that every individual, including those involved in armed groups, has infinite potential. He concluded by introducing its efforts to build a new peace process led by young Palestinian leaders and inviting attendees to support this work.
