What We Do
Palestine

Paving a Path Towards Peace

Palestine has experienced years of unrelenting conflict and division, and attempts to create peace throughout the years have failed. That is why we are creating space for a new solution, one developed by young leaders, women, and those who experience the conflict first-hand. Through facilitating dialogue, providing training, and creating space, we are fostering the environment for a new peace process.

Alongside these young leaders, and in partnership with NGOs and civil society, we are also working to deliver humanitarian assistance and projects for those in Palestine who are in urgent need.

For nearly 80 years, the Palestinian issue has been defined by ongoing conflict, occupation, and hardship, profoundly affecting the stability of both the Middle East and the wider international community. In the last two years, over 169,000 Palestinians have been injured, with many having been left with lifelong disabilities, and at least 67,000 Palestinians have lost their lives. Countless children have lost their parents, and prolonged displacement has led to further deaths from disease and other causes. Despite numerous ceasefire talks and peace negotiations—including the collapse of the Oslo Accords—no effective or sustainable peace has been realized, and the situation has even deteriorated further after October 7, 2023. The path toward peace, security, and improved living conditions remains distant.

Establishing Spaces for Dialogue to Create a New Peace Process

Since October 2023, we have been facilitating dialogue between Palestinian youth leaders, local organizations, and NGOs, and have found that young people on all sides of the conflict show remarkable openness and flexibility. Even amid the current hardships, many are willing to engage in dialogue and explore new perspectives.

Traditionally, both within Palestine and between Palestine and Israel, peace negotiations have been dominated by older male political leaders, leaving limited space for youth and women to participate meaningfully in these processes.

Amid growing frustration over repeated failures of ceasefire agreements and peace efforts, we believe it is vital to create a new dialogue platform led by young people. To this end, we are organizing global dialogue sessions with young Palestinian leaders involved in the conflict, working alongside experts in peace negotiation and conflict resolution. These sessions aim to foster deeper discussions toward more practical and sustainable agreements. As a trusted International NGO with years of experience in conflict-affected regions such as Somalia and Yemen, we are also leveraging our credibility and experience to serve as mediators and facilitators in this effort.

As part of the work of these Palestinian young leaders, the Tokyo Declaration and Action Plan for Palestinian Peace were adopted in August 2025, advancing concrete processes towards a permanent ceasefire and peace, including: responses to the crisis in Gaza, promotion of the rule of law, calls to the international community, electoral and democratic reform, and the participation of youth and women in decision-making.

Emergency Humanitarian Assistance to Gaza

In response to the rapidly deteriorating humanitarian situation in Gaza, we are working with local NGOs and community members to provide humanitarian assistance. Some of this assistance includes: shelter, cleaning and disinfection, medical centre setup, clean water distribution, and disease prevention campaigns. We have continued these efforts in the northern and central Gaza Strip, even after the evacuation alerts were issued and amidst the famine situation in Gaza City, to support as many lives as possible. These efforts also involve displaced people and youth, aiming to rebuild trust and community resilience.
